“I have to use the best products. Everyday you come across us, I am using whatever I think is the best that day. You’ve got these designs that you’re selling to someone and then you’ve got to work out the best way to get those designs onto the wall, onto the joinery or onto ceiling, and you want those to last. I mean, it’s lovely to work with good products. It’s lovely to work with the best tools. It’s a wonderful feeling. Most of my budgets will allow me to do that, and I’m very lucky and very thankful for that. I always pinch myself on that one.”
